Please be aware that when you skip or cancel an appointment without prior warning, clients on our waiting list are deprived of the chance to obtain services, and we lose out on the possibility to fill that appointment time. or the wonderful employees lose out on money. The company experiences revenue losses. We understand how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago, which is why we send reminders when the appointment is set as well as again 72, 48, and 24 hours beforehand. Our customers will receive enough prompts to ensure they don't forget. A cancellation fee will be incurred because the services are specifically reserved for you.

Same Day and Less: A fee equal to 50% of the reserved service value will be imposed if 24 hours notice is not given. Your registered card will be automatically charged for this.

“NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. This will automatically be charged to your card on file.

Before setting a time for PMU procedures, a consultation could be necessary. This consultation is free of charge, but a credit card reservation must be made in advance. We will charge 50% of your service ($50) if you fail to show up or if we don't receive a cancellation within the allotted 24-hour timeframe. This appointment is valued at $100. Your registered card will be automatically charged for this.


Permanent Make-up 30 day touchup appointments that are included in your initial price the charge will be 50% ($90) of the value of service time is $18). This will automatically be charged to your card on file.

We will allow a client three times to not receive a 24-hour notice. After that, if the client wishes to continue to schedule with us, their fee will be the full price of the services scheduled. This will automatically be charged to your card on file.

Late

15 minutes late for a scheduled service is considered a no-show. It is likely we will not be able to take you, and you will be charged the amount mentioned above. Our schedules are booked back to back with not much give. This will automatically be charged to your card on file.
